Seeing people for who they are, not just what they do is a proven way to boost productivity by as much as 43%. Commercial performance? As much as 7%. Appreciation drives business success.
High performing teams are created by design. Being intentional with what you are trying to achieve it crucial. Unlock individual and team performance.
The need to belong is powerful. As many as 1 in 4 workers frequently experience loneliness in the workplace. We are social creatures and feeling connected is key to positive behaviour.
Traditional wellbeing has run its course. We are too wonderfully complex as a human race for one size to fit all. Equity over equality is vital to building a resilient workforce.
The world is a difficult place to be. Our ability to cope gets chipped away every day and it is easy for us to feel overwhelmed on a regular basis. Our self worth needs strengthening.
Men’s health is on the decline. Suicide rates are up. Education standards are down. Life expectancy is falling. Addiction is rising. Isolation is growing. Men need our help.
All of Chris' talks and workshops are back by neuroscience, comprehensive research and real life implementation and usage. The one thing that unites every organisation around the world- regardless of sector, size, product or location: they all employ real human beings.
Chris gave a fascinating and engaging talk on the wants and needs of the multi-generational workforces. Chris also kindly led our panel discussion with warmth and good humour. His approach is warm and friendly and he's clearly a subject matter expert on creating the best possible people experience
From the outset, Chris was engaging and clear his delivery and showed a real breadth of knowledge. The audience was held with ease and the feedback was overwhelmingly positive and I have no hesitation in heartily recommending Chris as an expert speaker for any business event- large of small
As an employer, it is important to recognise the needs of all colleagues, and the importance of providing space for learning and conversation about key topics such as male role models, men’s mental and physical health and male suicide rates. Chris delivered a great session as we start this at Ofcom, thank you Chris
A heartfelt thank you for being part of the L&D Revolution conference. Your insights and expertise made a significant impact, and we truly appreciate the time and effort you dedicated to sharing your knowledge with our audience

Chris can customise depending on your needs. This could be a 15 minute TED style talk to a full day facilitated workshop for an away day. Just let Chris know when you enquire what you are looking for.
Absolutely. No two talks, events or audiences are the same. Chris will make sure he works with you to find out exactly what you event is looking to acheive and work with you on content to wow your audience.
Chris loves allowing the audience time to reflect and be engaged in the presentation. If your event allows, then Chris will pose questions, ask the audience to take part and encourage Q&A at the end.
In short- yes. All of Chris's content can be adapted to a digital audience and will still have a focus on engagement and interaction.
First thing first- drop Chris an email letting him know a little more about your event. Chris will book a call in with you to discover in more detail how he can help. We will then sign a booking contract to make it official. Chris is normally booked up about 3 months in advance but please get in touch as sometimes there is availability to do things in a shorter time scale.
Normally the answer to this is yes. All Chris needs to know in advance is what you are planning on doing with the recording as some of his sessions have the audience sharing personal examples so we need to be fair to them.
For more information on fees and availability, send Chris a message. Tell him about your event, and he will get back to you soon with more information.
